Fallon M. Kelly is licensed to practice law in both Minnesota and North Dakota.
Fallon M. Kelly graduated from NDSU and Hamline Law School in Saint Paul where he worked for the professional Journal of Law and Religion and served on the Hamline Journal of Public Law and Policy. Mr. Kelly is a general practitioner and one area of special interest to him is personal injury law. Mr. Kelly has served on the Board of Directors for the State Bar Association of North Dakota and as President of the Southeast Judicial District Bar Association. Mr. Kelly has also served on the North Dakota STOP Violence Against Women Advisory Committee. Mr. Kelly has obtained a jury verdict of over $1 Million for his client.
